ABP installed online quality monitoring systems and electronic inspection devices in all its facilities. It also equipped each facility with a Laboratory Information Management System (LIMS), a special software that captures relevant data and helps track, predict, and identify potential quality issues through statistical measurements and models. Moreover, ABP employs the best purification operations through the latest technologies available, including reverse osmosis, ultraviolet systems, and a specially designed 7-step water treatment process to ensure the production of the highest-quality water.

Numerous analytical, microbiological, and sensory tests are also regularly conducted on raw materials and finished products in the Quality Control and Quality Assurance labs in conformity with PepsiCo protocols. ABP also ensure that Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and personal hygiene are practiced and adhered to daily in every plant facility and among all employees.
