Sustainable Energy
Conscious of the potential impact of manufacturing facilities on the environment, our plants are intentionally designed with energy efficiency in mind. Our comprehensive energy Manufacturing Execution System (MES) accurately measures and understands the utility consumption within our plants so that we can make better decisions and adapt our ongoing conservation measures.
Our MES system supplies real-time data for every piece of equipment in our process, allowing us to measure their electricity, gas, and water consumption levels. This data has helped us achieve our ambitious targets and strategic goals to reduce all utilities as part of the ISO 14001 accreditation.
ACD is committed to continually optimize its energy usage by leveraging the latest technologies and implementing energy efficiency initiatives.
